- 2 / 5By Bleys SThe online app is very misleading for this location, a two topping pizza cannot have double pepperoni without extra charges. I get the same "deal" at other locations without being charged. Upon complaining to the manager I received a discount that I didn't ask for and he said the pizza would be made the way I wanted...double pepperoni...once I picked up the pizza it was obvious that it wasn't a true double topping pizza. So at the end of the day I ended up with a pizza that wasn't what I ordered and I'm a little unhappy that I left a tip considering that I feel slightly conned into buying a pizza made incorrectly. I will not be back.
Independent of this issue I've noticed that most Pizza Hut locations don't taste as good as the location I frequent (gun barrel city TX). This includes locations in nacogdoches, and Athens as well as this one. It sucks having to pay more for a pizza that's not as good! The problem is the thin and crispy crust...not sure what it is but its "no bueno"March 08, 2017
